PYRO WEAR LLC – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PYRO WEAR LLC. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, drops, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We use Shopify Shipping through UPS for all domestic and international deliveries.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

    • The weight and dimensions of your order

    • Your delivery address

    • The selected UPS shipping service

Delivery Estimates (U.S.):

  • UPS® Ground: 1–5 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days

  • UPS Next Day Air®: 1 business day

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by country and shipping method selected.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a UPS tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.


4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PYRO WEAR LLC is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by UPS, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at Pyroclothingbrand@gmail.com, and we’ll help initiate a claim with UPS.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

We can only accept address changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. Contact us immediately at Pyroclothingbrand@gmail.com for assistance.
